Upload your panoramas
Drag your equirectangular shots in. They upload straight from the browser and sort into folders. You pick the opening view for each one.
Upload your panoramas, outline each unit with a polygon, publish. The colour comes from the sales status — available, reserved, sold — because the tour is wired to your showroom. Start free.

Four steps. Nothing to install: it all happens in the browser.
Drag your equirectangular shots in. They upload straight from the browser and sort into folders. You pick the opening view for each one.
Drop hotspots on the sphere to jump between rooms. If you want, the jump plays a transition video instead of a hard cut.
Draw polygons over the units and add panels with photos, text or a PDF. If the project is wired to your showroom, the sales status comes across on its own.
One button and it is live with its own link. Send it in a message, drop it in an email, or embed it in your site with an iframe.
This is not a photo gallery with arrows. It is a viewer that understands real estate.
Draw the real shape of the balcony, the room or the unit onto the panorama. Fill, outline and thickness are yours to set, and it can fill only on hover so it never hides the photo.
Wire the project to your Urbania 3D showroom and every polygon takes its unit’s colour: available, reserved or sold. It updates itself.
Jump to another panorama, open a panel, show a PDF or go to an external link. With the icon, colour, size and label you choose.
One click opens a card with photos, text or the floor plan PDF, without pulling anyone out of the tour.
The jump between rooms can play a short video in between. It stops feeling like a cut and starts feeling like walking.
A mode that moves through the tour on its own, with background audio if you want it. Good for a screen at your stand, and for anyone who does not know they can drag.
Compass with true north, gyroscope on phones, thumbnail strip, fullscreen, and zoom limits you define.
One iframe and the tour lives inside your own page, with your design around it. No odd frames, no borrowed loading screens.
Your logo and your company colour in the viewer. From the Starter plan up.
A tour can be open or ask for a password. Handy for pre-sales that have not launched yet.
Invite your team by email and share projects and tours across the organisation.
This is a real tour, published with urbania360, using the same tools you will use. Drag to look around and tap the hotspots to move.
It loads when you ask for it, not before: a 360° scene weighs several MB and has no business making you wait if you came here to read.
Open in a new tabA 360 viewer shows a photo. urbania360 shows a unit: with its floor area, its layout and its sales status, in sync with the project.
When a unit turns reserved in your showroom, the polygon in the tour changes colour. Nobody has to remember to update anything.
A polygon can show the unit name exactly as it is stored in the showroom. One single place to fix a typo.
Someone on a phone sees the room, taps the unit and the card appears. Without leaving the tour and without being asked to install anything.
The showroom connection is optional. urbania360 works just as well on its own, for a hotel, a shop or a house.
Because selling an apartment is not showing a pretty photo: it is answering which unit this is, how big it is, and whether it is still available.
Start free, no card. When the project grows, move to a paid plan from USD 19 per month.

Nothing to install: urbania360 runs entirely in the browser. You do need equirectangular panoramic photos, which is what any 360 camera on the market produces, and what the panorama mode on several phones produces too.
They are all good tools for building a 360 tour. urbania360 is built for one specific job: selling property. That is why the polygons you draw are not decorative shapes but units, and when the project is wired to your Urbania 3D showroom they take the colour of their sales status and show their label on their own. If your use case is not real estate, any of the three will serve you as well as we would.
No. It is a plan that never expires and asks for no card. It includes 1 project, 3 tours and 5 panoramas per tour — enough to publish a real tour and share it.
With an iframe. Every published tour has its own embed address that you paste into your page, and it runs inside your design. You can also share the direct link over a message or email without embedding anything.
Your organisation’s logo and colour unlock from the Starter plan. Removing the watermark from the viewer comes with the Pro plan.
Yes. A tour can be published password-protected rather than open: anyone with the link is asked for the password first. Available from the Pro plan.
If you connect an urbania360 project to your project in the Urbania 3D showroom, each polygon can point at a real unit. From then on it takes the colour of its sales status — available, reserved, sold — and can show its label. When the status changes in the showroom, the tour reflects it with nobody editing anything. The connection is optional: without it, you pick the colours by hand.
Yes, and it uses the gyroscope: move the phone and the view follows, as if you were standing there. Fullscreen, the thumbnail strip and the compass work too.
Yes. urbania360 is organised around an organisation: you invite your team by email and everyone shares the projects and tours. How many organisations and projects you can have depends on the plan.
