Do I need to install anything, or own a special camera?

Nothing to install: urbania360 runs entirely in the browser. You do need equirectangular panoramic photos, which is what any 360 camera on the market produces, and what the panorama mode on several phones produces too.

How is this different from Kuula, Matterport or 3DVista?

They are all good tools for building a 360 tour. urbania360 is built for one specific job: selling property. That is why the polygons you draw are not decorative shapes but units, and when the project is wired to your Urbania 3D showroom they take the colour of their sales status and show their label on their own. If your use case is not real estate, any of the three will serve you as well as we would.

Is the free plan a trial that expires?

No. It is a plan that never expires and asks for no card. It includes 1 project, 3 tours and 5 panoramas per tour — enough to publish a real tour and share it.

How do I put it on my website?

With an iframe. Every published tour has its own embed address that you paste into your page, and it runs inside your design. You can also share the direct link over a message or email without embedding anything.

Can I add my logo and remove the urbania360 mark?

Your organisation’s logo and colour unlock from the Starter plan. Removing the watermark from the viewer comes with the Pro plan.

Can I hide a tour until the pre-sale launches?

Yes. A tour can be published password-protected rather than open: anyone with the link is asked for the password first. Available from the Pro plan.

What do you mean, the polygons paint themselves?

If you connect an urbania360 project to your project in the Urbania 3D showroom, each polygon can point at a real unit. From then on it takes the colour of its sales status — available, reserved, sold — and can show its label. When the status changes in the showroom, the tour reflects it with nobody editing anything. The connection is optional: without it, you pick the colours by hand.

Does it work well on a phone?

Yes, and it uses the gyroscope: move the phone and the view follows, as if you were standing there. Fullscreen, the thumbnail strip and the compass work too.

Can I work with my team?

Yes. urbania360 is organised around an organisation: you invite your team by email and everyone shares the projects and tours. How many organisations and projects you can have depends on the plan.

What if I need more than the Pro plan?

That is what Enterprise is for: quoted individually, with no cap on projects, tours, panoramas or storage. Write to us and we will work it out.

urbania360 is self-service, straight from the browser. Email is for what the application does not solve on its own.

This is our contact channel. Write to us if you need an invoice, a custom plan, help with a migration or anything the application does not handle by itself. We aim to reply within the next working day.

To make the first reply useful, tell us how many tours you plan to publish, whether you will embed them in your own site, and which country you are billed from.

If you want to try before writing

There is a public demonstration tour, published with the very same tool you would use. It shows the real result before you create an account: no sign-up and no details required to open it.

The plans and their limits are published on the home page, with the price in plain sight. There is no sales call in between.

If you found a security problem

Write to us before publishing it. We will reply and let you know when it is fixed. The contact details are published at /.well-known/security.txt, per RFC 9116.
